Step 1 Register Your Details
To apply for entry into UBDSM, please complete the registration form to the right, here.
Once submitted, your details are reviewed by the UBDSM Admin Team. This is not a vibe check. It is a safety check.
Step 2 Approval and Welcome
If your application is approved and you are welcomed into UBDSM, you will receive an email containing
• A link to our Pre-Party WhatsApp Group
• The UBDSM Club Rules and Code of Conduct – download
This group is used for announcements, logistics, reminders, and pre-event communication only. It is not the main community chat.
Step 3 Optional Fast-Track to Full Membership
If you would like to fast-track your full UBDSM membership after approval, you may do so before attending your first event.
Here is how it works
• Download the UBDSM Indemnity Form as a PDF – download
• Complete and sign the form
• Email it to info@ubdsm.co.za
• Attach a clear photo of your ID or Driver’s Licence
This is used solely to confirm
• You are who you say you are
• You are legally of age to participate
Important privacy note
UBDSM does not store copies of IDs or Driver’s Licences.
All ID images are deleted immediately once age and identity are verified.
No data hoarding. No funny business. POPIA respected.
Step 4 Door Option for First Event
If you prefer not to fast-track
• You may complete the indemnity and
• Bring your proof of ID with you to the door of your first event
Our team will verify your details on the spot.
Step 5 Full Membership and Main Group Access
Once full membership is obtained
• You will receive an invitation to the main UBDSM WhatsApp Group
This is our primary member space and is governed by strict rules around consent, privacy, respect, and ethical conduct.
